I was one of the 2900 folks at the CMSA conference last week in Orlando who sat, stood, laughed and smiled my way through the week, recollecting your time with us. The best thing I can share with you is that several members of my CT chapter were there, and are wonderful folks, if not usually on the fairly negative "that's not how we do things" side...usually very stoic and reserved. It was so wonderful to see and hear them alternately "zoot, zoot, zooting" each other, or hissing "YESSSSS! EXCELLENT!" when our chapter won an Innovation award. You hit a nerve somewhere with them and it was so good to see!

I laughed to my family as I recounted your talk and even my 23 year old son zooted me as he left for work today.

You make a difference. Thanks again, so very much.

I am a new supervisor at my job and have been constantly challenged by the poofers on my team. My pilot light was difficult to keep going with all the blowing going on. I am inspired to keep trying and not let them win..rather, I will turn them into igniters.
